As long as your item meets our returns policy criteria, we accept items up to 30 days after receipt for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

To lodge a return, please email hello@motuswim.com with your order # and reason for return.

Absolutely! Provided there is availability at time of request, you can exchange your item for a new size, colour or style as long as your original order meets the criteria in our returns policy.

If you are exchanging items that are of a different value, you will be required to pay the difference if the value is higher, or will be issued with store credit if the value is lower.

We are Australia-based and shipping rates vary by location, with standard options between AU$15-30. We recommend visiting our shipping page or following the steps in checkout to calculate your specific rate.

All of our orders are shipped via Australia Post and you can get an estimated delivery time frame using their online shipping tool here.

Once your order is shipped you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

All of our bikinis are made using Vita, a sustainable techno-fabric made with Econyl® - 100% regenerated polyamide fiber from post-consumer materials (including fishing nets), which, when tested in real life conditions proved to be two times more resistant to chlorine, suntan creams and oils than competitors' fabrics; these amazing results are achieved thanks to its innovative construction and to the presence of LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™.

While all of the above is a testament to the high-quality of our swimwear, in order to maximise on these benefits, we recommend rinsing your swimwear immediately after use in cold water, and hang-dry in the shade. Do not place swimwear in washing machine or tumble-dryer.

As mentioned in the above care instructions, the fabrics we use for our bikinis are extremely durable and if you follow these instructions your bikinis should last for years!
